Les Surowiec, Principal

Les has been involved in the construction industry for almost three decades. His expertise is in valuing properties and construction. He owned development firms and built properties across greater Chicagoland. Les was the first builder of green homes in Chicago and built five homes in the Green Homes for Chicago contest in 2001. He has been an avid promoter of green building techniques. Utilizing his entrepreneurial skills, Les has also been involved in introduction of new building technologies to markets. He organized three trade shows for builders in Poland and the US. Les is currently president of the Polish American Contractors Builders Association, for the third term.

Miroslaw Pasieka, Principal

Mirek has been involved with capital markets and real estate for over twenty years in Poland and Europe. He opened in the 80s an insurance agency that has grown to over 2000 agents. Mirek has been engaged with large German insurance firms in a variety of senior management positions. He is a founder of The Polish Chamber of Insurance and Finance Intermediaries (PIPUiF), where he currently serves as Vice President. He is a co-founder of the European Federation of Financial Professionals in Poland. Mirek owns and manages a portfolio of real estate properties in Poland.

Leszek Biernacki, Principal

Leszek  has highly diverse background in finance, investments, business strategy, and engineering. He holds M.B.A. from the University of Bristol in Great Britain and the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, France. Leszek is also professional engineer graduated at Silesian Polytechnic School in Gliwice, Poland. He has been involved with capital markets and real estate for over twenty years in Poland.  He managed in the period of  1990-2002 an insurance agency that has grown to over 2000 agents.  He is a founder of The Polish Chamber of Insurance and Finance Intermediaries (PIPUiF). Leszek owns and manages a portfolio of real estate properties in Poland.

Christopher Krofton, Chief Investments Officer

Chris has highly diverse background in finance, investments, business strategy, and engineering. He worked for a hedge fund and as a private investor; a holder of Series 3. Currently, he is an executive director of the Polish American Contractors Builders Association. He is an author of Guidebook to Profitable Trading in Currencies. Chris is also a licensed professional engineer in mechanical engineering. He worked as a consultant on energy systems and forensic engineering in New York and Los Angeles. He holds M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and M.S. from New York University.
