Short-Long Strategies

To leverage the team’s expertise in real estate, Integra Investments is launching a long-short fund in real estate and construction-related industries. The fund, at present, invests in publicly traded equities in U.S. in the following sectors: REIT, heavy construction, homebuilding, and manufacturers and suppliers of building materials. The portfolio is diversified with S&P500 index and currencies.
